The following FAQ deals wit the most common questions regarding our offer of boat trips.

No, unless otherwise stated in the description of the excursion. You will be expected at the meeting point by name.
You can find the meeting point in the description of the excursion.
You will recieve a confirmation per email with all the details.
You are welcome to bring your dog free of extra charge to almost every tour.
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card, PayPay or bank transfer.
You can pay the difference to the full amount on spot.
Simply send an email or call us. We will usually get back to You within an hour with a confirmation of the new date (if available) or with a suggestion. We speak German, English and Croatian.
You can cancell Your booking up to 24 hours ahead of the scheduled beginning at no cost to You simply by sending us an email.
Should there be a cancellation due to bad weather conditions or other circumstances You will be informed by email, telephone call or SMS. We will try to find another date with You or pay Your money back.
Yes. Please contact us via email or phone and we will get back to You with an offer.
